BAND BOOSTER FUNDRAISERS 2009-10
The Henrietta Band Booster is once again offering encouragement/Sponsorship ads in the Henrietta High School and Junior High Christmas and spring concert programs. These ads support our Scholarship program with 100 % of the funds collected going toward Summer Band scholarships for high school and junior high band students as well as Senior Band Scholarships.
This year we are offering you the opportunity to place an ad in both the Christmas and Spring concerts with one low price!

AND HERE IS ANOTHER GREAT WAY TO SUPPORT THE BAND:
In addition to placing an ad in the program, another way to help support your Henrietta Bearcat band occurs on September 1st from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at El Chico’s Café on Southwest Parkway, in Wichita Falls. By bringing your family or a group to eat and signing in under the Henrietta Band, you are earning ten percent of all the proceeds for your current and future halftime entertainment. Unfortunately, the proceeds only make it if we have at least 100 people eating for us—we are aiming for 500! And here’s why:
If one family of four comes and spends forty dollars, the proceeds for the band are a mere four dollars. Twenty-five groups of four, equaling one hundred people, equals only one hundred dollars. That is roughly one dollar per person under our name—which we only get if we have a MINIMUM of 100 people. Grab your address book and invite everyone you know!
Learn more about how you can get involved! Volunteering and assisting the band boosters, who help and support the band members whenever and wherever needed, is a great way to show your support for the band. We hold meetings every 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the School Administrator Bldg.
